Astute Allsource Solutions, LLC ("Astute Allsource," "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates a family of brands, websites, platforms, products, subscriptions, communications, and professional and digital services, including AstuteCore, AstuteCore AI, PromptQue, and any other service that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services"). This is the company-wide Privacy Policy for Astute Allsource Solutions, LLC and applies across those Services. It explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, telephone number, account and profile details, support requests, communications, survey responses, and information you enter into the Services. We also collect subscription, transaction, billing status, and purchase information. Complete payment-card information is processed by our payment providers and is not stored by us in full.

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect device, browser, IP address, login, usage, diagnostic, cookie, and similar technical information. If you connect third-party services, integrations, calendars, social accounts, telephone services, or other tools, we may receive information permitted by your settings and authorization.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

3. AI-ENABLED FEATURES

Some Services use artificial intelligence and automated tools. Information you submit to those features may be processed to generate responses, perform requested tasks, improve service quality, monitor safety, and prevent abuse. Do not submit passwords, access codes, full payment-card data, Social Security numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information unless a feature expressly requires and authorizes it. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.

4. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting, communications, analytics, customer support, automation, AI, security, payment processing, and professional services. Payments and subscription billing may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider. Those providers receive payment and transaction information under their own privacy terms. We may receive limited information such as transaction identifiers, billing status, plan, renewal date, and the last digits of a payment method.

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, understand use, prevent fraud, and support marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link provided, reply STOP to eligible text messages, or contact us. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional or legal notices.

The Services are intended only for business users who are at least 18 years old. You may not create an account, purchase a subscription, or use the Services if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor provided personal information, we may delete the information and terminate the account, subject to applicable law.
