These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the brands, websites, platforms, products, subscriptions, communications, professional services, and digital services owned or operated by Astute Allsource Solutions, LLC, including AstuteCore, AstuteCore AI, PromptQue, and any other service that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”). You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to purchase, create an account, or use the Services.
Parties & Ownership
This product is provided by Astute Allsource Solutions, LLC, a business consulting and education company. Delivery and access may be facilitated through its affiliated proprietary platform, AstuteCore AI™, developed under the AstuteCore™ brand.
All products, services, communications, and follow ups may originate from either Astute Allsource Solutions or AstuteCore AI™, depending on the nature of your engagement. All content and systems are owned and operated by Astute Allsource Solutions, LLC.
Digital Product Delivery
The Services are delivered digitally; no physical item will be shipped unless expressly stated at checkout. Account activation, access instructions, notices, and updates may be delivered by email, portal, download, or through an Astute Allsource platform.
You must provide accurate registration and billing information, maintain a working email address, protect login credentials and verification codes, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your employees, contractors, and other authorized users follow these Terms. You may not share a single-user license outside the authorized business or evade plan, seat, usage, or access limits.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, notices, and consents relating to customer data, contacts, messages, recordings, uploaded content, and connected accounts that you place in or use with the Services. You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, deceptive practices, unsolicited communications, intellectual-property infringement, malware, security interference, or attempts to access another person’s account or data.
Third-party services and integrations are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and pricing. We are not responsible for a third party’s acts, outages, changes, or data handling, but we may suspend an integration that creates risk to the Services or users.
Payment & No Refund Policy
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. By purchasing or starting a trial, you authorize Astute Allsource Solutions, LLC and its payment provider, including Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the stated price, taxes, recurring subscription fees, approved add-ons, and usage-based charges described to you.
TRIALS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
If a plan includes a 14-day free trial, the paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until canceled. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.
NO-REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, all fees are non-refundable. Annual plans are billed in advance for the full year. Canceling an annual plan stops the next renewal but does not create a refund or credit; access continues through the paid term unless the account is terminated for a violation. Canceling a monthly plan stops the next renewal; amounts already paid are not refunded or prorated.
PLAN CHANGES
Plan changes generally take effect at the next renewal. If the checkout or account screen offers an immediate upgrade, downgrade, credit, or proration, the terms and amount shown before confirmation control. A plan change does not automatically cancel a separate subscription or add-on unless the confirmation states that it does.
USAGE, ADD-ONS, AND REBILLING
Certain communications, telephone, email, AI, automation, data, premium features, integrations, or other services may involve usage charges or separately priced add-ons. Any item identified as rebillable or usage-based is the customer’s financial responsibility. You authorize charges for approved usage and add-ons according to the rates displayed in the platform or at checkout. We may apply limits, require prepaid credits, pause a feature, or require payment before additional usage to protect the account and Services. Voice AI is not included in the base subscription plans and requires separate purchase or activation.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment and send notices. Access may be suspended after the payment remains unpaid for one day and the account may be canceled after three days if payment is not resolved. Suspension or cancellation does not erase amounts already due. Restoring service may require payment of all outstanding balances and reactivation of any separately billed services.
PAYMENT DISPUTES
Contact [email protected] promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect. Before filing a chargeback, please allow us a reasonable opportunity to review the account and transaction. Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, or use of the Services without payment may result in suspension, termination, and collection of amounts lawfully due.
License & Usage Rights
Your purchase grants you a single user, non transferable license for personal or internal business use only. This means you may use the content, tools, and resources for your own company or brand, but not for resale or redistribution.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any materials, whether in part or in full, without prior written permission from Astute Allsource Solutions, LLC and or its Owners.
All content accessed through AstuteCore or AstuteCore AI™ remains the exclusive intellectual property of Astute Allsource Solutions, LLC, and is protected under copyright and licensing laws. Misuse of these materials may result in legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content, including eBooks, videos, prompts, templates, guides, digital downloads, and automations is the exclusive intellectual property of Astute Allsource Solutions, LLC and its owners, and is delivered under the AstuteCore™ brand through the AstuteCore AI™ platform.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or resale of this material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All rights reserved.
Earnings Disclaimer
This product shares proven strategies, tools, and frameworks that have helped entrepreneurs streamline operations, reduce overhead, and grow their businesses. However, individual results will vary.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE, INTEGRATION, OR BUSINESS PROCESS.
AI and automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for all decisions, messages, content, workflows, financial actions, legal compliance, and business results. The Services do not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, credit, or other licensed professional advice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTUTE ALLSOURCE SOLUTIONS, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR CUSTOMER MISUSE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Privacy & Communications
We collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information as described in the Astute Allsource Solutions Privacy Policy. Communications may come from Astute Allsource Solutions or one of its brands, including AstuteCore, AstuteCore AI, or PromptQue, depending on the Service. Transactional and legally required messages may continue even if you opt out of marketing.

Modifications & Updates
We may update the Services and these Terms to reflect operational, security, product, pricing, or legal changes. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date, and additional notice will be provided when required. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for nonpayment; unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe use; security risk; violation of these Terms; or conduct that harms the Services, another user, or a third party. You may stop using the Services at any time, but cancellation and refund rights remain governed by the Payment & No Refund Policy. Provisions concerning payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement concerning the Services unless a signed agreement or checkout-specific term expressly controls. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign an account or these Terms without written consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of the Services.
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state where Astute Allsource Solutions, LLC maintains its principal business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a legal claim, each party agrees to provide written notice and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days, except when immediate injunctive or emergency relief is reasonably necessary.
